Downgrade of service is not possible. If a customer wants to use a service with a lower parameters she/he should: • in case the customer has a monthly paid service, the renewal order should be ignored (not paid). At the same time the customer should order and pay the service with the required parameters. • In case the customer has a service that is billed upon 3, 6 or 12-months period the customer should cancel the service (resignation procedure) and at the same time the customer should order and pay the service with the required parameters (lower parameters).
